Posted July 30, 2019 19:58:03The real estate market in Navi Mumbai is a very competitive one and if you want to become an agent, you need to find the right person for your company.
With that in mind, we at Vizag Real Estate wanted to take a look at the properties in Navim in order to find out what the real estate agents in Navijagapatna have to offer.
The properties we were interested in were:The house in Churugadagiri, the one in Natarajpur and the one at Kanki Road.
The first house sold at Rs 13 crore for Rs 5 crore and the second one at Rs 12 lakh.
The one in Chiragadir was sold at a loss of Rs 2 crore.
The property in Chavakkadal, the home of Rajasthan Congress MP and former minister Gajendra Chauhan, sold for Rs 6 crore and Rs 1 crore.
The property in Shatrughan Nagar sold for $2.6 million.
The home in Vibhagir sold for a profit of $1.5 million.
The home in Dharavi sold for around Rs 5.5 crore.
While the two properties were not as well known as the one sold by the Navi-based real estate company, Vizag did find out about the properties through social media.
We found the houses to be more expensive than advertised.
In fact, the house in Dhami, in Navipatna in Naviyagapathna Nagar district, sold at about Rs 1.8 crore.
We got a call from the agent who had come to us for the second house.
He asked for a deposit of Rs 1 lakh.
We agreed to that, he said.
He also told us the property was about 2.5 kms from Mumbai.
The agent said the house is very popular with the people and the properties are all within walking distance of the metro station.
So we gave him the deposit and he asked us to call him later.
He arrived about 20 minutes later and the agent said, I’m here.
I can’t get back to you as I’m still in Mumbai.
We said we will check later.
The house sold for about Rs 5 lakh and the agents agreed to a deposit.
We had to pay the money and then we left.
We called the agent back and asked for an explanation and he said, it’s just the first of many properties that we will come across.
He said the properties all have similar layout and he could easily sell them to buyers.
The agent told us he was going to stay till 4pm on Friday to take care of the bank account balance, but we had to wait for about four hours.
I thought maybe this was just a scam.
He then told us that we have to give him Rs 500,000 each to cover the deposit.
The agents agreed.
We did not buy the property and decided to give it back.
I said, well, it was bought for Rs 10 lakh.
He agreed to this and said, then you can just pay us the amount you owe us.
The money we received was the equivalent of Rs 10,000.
I didn’t get any return on my investment and the house sold.
I gave the agent a few minutes to pay us and then I left.
I did not ask him for a price.
I did not contact the agent again.
The real estate agency in Navigamatti has not responded to our queries about whether or not the agents were involved in the transaction.
