Visakhapati Nagar, where the office of the prime minister is located, is a popular spot for real estate investors.
Real estate prices are among the highest in the country, and prices are rising quickly.
In a bid to curb prices, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set up a new scheme to curb the rise in the prices.
In the new scheme, investors can purchase a property for Rs 3.8 crore.
This is a huge amount of money for a single person, but the real estate agents at the offices of the Prime Minister’s Office are quick to point out that there is no cap on the amount of the purchase price.
The Prime Minister has said that the Government has set aside Rs 100 crore to fund this scheme.
The new scheme will help the realty agents, who are facing a shortage of funds, to make better use of their resources.
Realty agents said that they are not sure whether they will be able to sell the property.
“The property is a prime piece of real estate, and it is going to be a big loss to us.
There is a cap of Rs 3,8 crore for a property purchase.
If we don’t have the money, we can’t sell,” said an agent.
